Espee Quality Policy

We are committed to improve the quality of our service with every single transaction. It is our duty to develop long term business relationships with each of our customers. We feel this is achieved at its best only with delivering products and services at right time with right quality and right price.

	Suppliers: USFDA, WHO – GMP, ISO Standards, Only buy materials from Espee’s approved manufacturing plants.
	Product Quality Management: Technically trained staff, regular visits to supplier’s plants, continues guidance on quality to suppliers.
	Specification: Inform customers for any potential change in product specification/process from supplier. Goods won’t be shipped without the approval of the customers on given change.
	Samples: Production quality samples only, with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s).
	Packaging & Deliveries: Meet customers requirement for packaging and labeling on the material, also all the required certificates will be given prior to placing the order and will accompany with the shipment.
